The Silent StopWatch will be shipped first class via the United States Postal Service for free anywhere in the United States. Note that orders placed by 10am Eastern Time will be shipped the same day.

If you need to receive your watch more quickly, we also offer a flat rate cost option that includes 2-day or overnight shipping to the lower 48 states. Orders must be placed business days (Saturdays/holidays excluded) by 10am Eastern Time to guarantee same day shipment. If you need an overnight or 2-day shipping order sent out the same day and it is after 10am Eastern Time, please call us at 781-309-STOP(7867) or email us. We can generally accommodate these requests, especially during the days prior to a national exam when our shipping department works until our pickup deadline. If you need 2-day or overnight shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us for rates.

Warranty Information

The Silent StopWatch is under warranty for one year from date of purchase for all defects. This warranty mirrors the original factory warranty, and will be invalidated due to signs of abuse or tampering, including signs of water infiltration. Under the terms of our warranty, the watch will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of SilentStopWatch.com, but the customer is responsible for shipping the watch for repair or replacement. If you are simply unhappy with the Silent StopWatch, please return it within 7 days of receipt. You pay return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount returned to you.
